This Tempranillo is tradtionally vinified; grapes are destemmed and crushed and the must undergoes a moderately long maceration. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, the wine is racked 2 or 3 times, clarifying it naturally, followed by ageing in bottles for 2 more years. The nose shows intense red fruit with ageing notes of truffle and vanilla.
