Nitrite free bacon produced from the belly of free range Yorkshire pigs. Naturally cured without artificial preservatives, added sugar or injected water. Once cured the bellies are then hung in our smoke room to take on flavours of oak and apple wood. Our delicious smoked streaky bacon is perfect fried crispy for breakfast, sandwich or teatime snack. Dry cured for 42 days our natural bacon has deep intense notes and unforgettable flavour.
