Our smoked unprocessed bacon is produced without any artificial preservatives (sodium nitrite) or phosphates used to artificially bind added water. Naturally dry cured with sea salt, herbs, and fresh Mediterranean fruits. It is then cold smoked with oak boards to take on its distinct flavour.
We’ve found these traditional methods result in a more honest, authentic bacon with subtle aromatic scents and intensive rich flavor.
