Our traditional recipe has the perfect ratio of Lamb, Beef, pure Himalayan salts and toasted organic spices.
The Merguez has quite a kick and is delicious served with a tomato sauce, pitta bread or wraps, salad and a yoghurt dip. Alternatively it’s equally good with mash and a lamb gravy, topped with mint sauce.
