Hunters Sausage or Kielbasa Myśliwska is a Polish kielbasa (sausage) traditionally smoked and air-dried for eating cold. Though, it’s so full of flavour our Hunters kielbasa works well as a fresh sausage for cooking at home. This paleo sausage version comes with; Beef, free-range Yorkshire pork and, for that subtle smoked flavour there’s a generous helping of our oak-smoked nitrite-free bacon.
